All prices displayed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Prices may change without notice.

While we take reasonable care, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price has been published, Renovation Online reserves the right to cancel the order before dispatch and issue a full refund.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

An order is accepted only when:

  • payment has been successfully received; and
  • Renovation Online confirms the order for processing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • products become unavailable;
  • payment cannot be verified;
  • incorrect pricing has occurred;
  • fraud is suspected; or
  • an error has occurred in the order.

If we cancel an order before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Renovation Online does not store your full credit card details.

7. Shipping

Shipping times provided are estimates only.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • supplier delays;
  • courier delays;
  • weather events;
  • natural disasters;
  • industrial action; or
  • other unforeseen events.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of the goods remains with Renovation Online until payment has been received in full.

8. Inspection Before Installation

Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery and before installation.

Products should be checked for:

  • damage;
  • defects;
  • correct quantity;
  • colour;
  • finish;
  • size; and
  • suitability.

If any issue is identified, the product must not be installed.

Installation of a product is considered acceptance that it was received in satisfactory condition.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain return approval before sending any goods back.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Warranties

Many products sold by Renovation Online include manufacturer warranties.

Warranty periods vary between manufacturers.

Where applicable, Renovation Online will assist customers with warranty claims; however, the warranty itself is provided by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Improper installation, misuse, modification, neglect or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions may void any applicable warranty.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renovation Online excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from:

  • use of this website;
  • inability to access this website;
  • incorrect product selection;
  • delays in delivery;
  • installation costs;
  • removal or reinstallation costs;
  • labour costs;
  • project delays;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business opportunities; or
  • reliance on website content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.

Where goods fail to comply with a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the failure.

19. Pre-Orders and Backorders

From time to time, Renovation Online may offer products for pre-order or products that are temporarily on backorder.

By placing a pre-order or backorder, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Estimated arrival and delivery dates are provided in good faith and are estimates only.
  • Delivery dates may change due to manufacturer production schedules, international shipping, customs delays, freight disruptions or supplier availability.
  • Renovation Online is not liable for delays that are outside our reasonable control.
  • Full payment may be required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
  • If a supplier permanently discontinues a product or cannot fulfil the order, Renovation Online may offer a suitable alternative, store credit or a full refund.

20. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Renovation Online may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, gift vouchers or special offers from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Discount codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Promotions have no cash value.
  • Promotions are valid only during the advertised promotional period.
  • Promotions may exclude selected brands, products or categories.
  • Renovation Online reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
  • Orders suspected of abusing promotional offers may be cancelled.

21. Gift Cards

Gift Cards issued by Renovation Online are subject to the following conditions:

  • Gift Cards are redeemable only through the Renovation Online website unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards may not be replaced.
  • Any remaining balance may be used on future purchases until the card expires (where an expiry date applies).
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards unless required by law.

22. Price Match Policy

Where Renovation Online offers a Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions apply:

To qualify:

  • The identical product must be in stock with an authorised Australian retailer.
  • The product must be the same brand, model, colour and specification.
  • The competitor's advertised price must be publicly available.
  • Freight, installation, clearance sales, liquidation sales, trade pricing, marketplace listings, auction websites and pricing errors are excluded.

Renovation Online reserves the right to decline any price match request at its discretion.

23. Trade Accounts

Approved Trade Account holders may receive access to trade pricing and additional purchasing benefits.

Trade Account holders agree to:

  • Maintain accurate business information.
  • Use trade pricing solely for legitimate business purposes.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Comply with agreed payment terms where credit facilities have been approved.
  • Pay all invoices by the due date.

Renovation Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate Trade Accounts where payment terms are breached or misuse is identified.

24. Installation Services Disclaimer

Renovation Online supplies products only unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Where customers engage installers, contractors, plumbers, electricians, builders or other tradespeople:

  • Renovation Online is not responsible for their workmanship.
  • Renovation Online is not responsible for installation costs.
  • Renovation Online is not responsible for removal or reinstallation costs.
  • Customers should ensure installers are appropriately licensed and qualified.
  • Customers should not schedule installation until all goods have been delivered, inspected and confirmed to be suitable.

Renovation Online accepts no responsibility for project delays resulting from installation bookings made before products have been received and inspected.

25. Marketplace and Third-Party Sellers

As Renovation Online expands, some products may be supplied by approved third-party sellers or fulfilment partners.

Where applicable:

  • Product descriptions remain the responsibility of the supplier.
  • Manufacturer warranties continue to apply.
  • Renovation Online may assist customers with communication but is not the manufacturer of third-party products.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location.
  • Additional shipping conditions may apply to products supplied directly by third-party sellers.

Where separate supplier terms apply, these will be made available before purchase.

26. User Accounts

Customers may create an account to simplify future purchases.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • Restricting access to your account.
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Notifying Renovation Online immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Renovation Online reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity.

By submitting content, you grant Renovation Online a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify and publish that content for marketing, promotional and operational purposes.

You agree not to submit content that:

  • infringes another person's intellectual property rights;
  • is defamatory, abusive or offensive;
  • contains unlawful material; or
  • contains spam or advertising.

Renovation Online reserves the right to edit, refuse or remove any content at its sole discretion.

28. Limitation of Liability for Professional Advice

Information published on the Renovation Online website is provided as general information only.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional building, plumbing, waterproofing, engineering, electrical, architectural, financial or legal advice.

Customers should obtain independent professional advice before undertaking any renovation or construction project.

constitute the entire agreement between Renovation Online and the customer regarding the use of our website and the purchase of products.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
